Amy S. Fresh,   A Delaware native and a licensed REALTOR since 2012.  Amy specializes in Sussex County but is very familiar with all of Delaware.  Originally from New Castle County Amy has enjoyed the Beach area as her home for more than 10 years.  She has worked mostly with residential properties but includes land and investment properties in her areas of expertise.  Amy is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Delaware Association of REALTORS and the local Sussex County Board of REALTORS.  In 2018 Amy received her pre-licensing Appraisal Certification in Appraisal Principles and Procedures which ensures accurate pricing advice, when she helps you price your home to sell.  Amy has over 20 years of sales experience including marketing, negotiating and successful follow-up techniques.  As a graduate of University of Delaware and a certified member of The International Association of  Yoga Therapists,  Amy’s mission statement in her work and home life is to “Bring Energy, Dedication, Honesty and Integrity to All”.
